Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items purchased on sale, discounted prices, or during special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Return and exchange requests must be made from the original account used for the purchase.

Conditions for Return

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

  • If you wish to return an item for any other reason, store credit will be provided instead of a refund.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item has been inspected.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

  • Customers may be required to cover additional shipping costs for exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide instructions for self-shipment.

  3. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, wash, or alteration.

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

  • Accessories or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

Important Notes

  • PHIPHI reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (except for COD orders, which will receive store credit).

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned product reaches us in good condition.
